Samuel is an Entrepreneur, General contractor, Home Builder, Real estate developer, Realtor, and Building Information Modeling Expert. He has over two decades of experience in Residential home building, Commercial Construction, Construction Management, Building Information Modeling, Construction Project Management, Project Estimation, Safety Compliance, Program Management, and Estate Development.
Samuel is a licensed United States National General Contractor (NASCLA) and a Realtor in Georgia. He has managed several capital construction projects including subdivision Production, residential home development, and commercial construction in the USA and Nigeria. Historically, he has worked for top-ranked American Home builders and General contractors before starting Samkins in 2018.
Samuel graduated from the University of Lagos, Nigeria with a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Technology. Bachelor’s and Master of Science in Building Construction and Facility Management (Program Management Major) from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA as a scholar. He also has several project management, construction, and real estate-related certifications and licenses.
